For Sale 2004 Mercury Marauder 503 miles

The car also shows up in the proper order under used car mileage search - low to high. What a Find.

Remember like a year ago when that DTR was for sale in PA with like 424 miles? and a member from Cincy bought it and then shortly after wanted to sell it again. I wonder if this might be the same. That pic is just a stock pic of a Black.

I ran a carfax and it showed 3 service records with the last reported odometer reading filed by the seller is 503 miles back on 06-20-12.

It was a SB in PA. had 500 miles, now has 5,400 miles and owner wants $24,500.00 for it. I went and looked at it while I was there for Hershey.

dealers, unlike us, seem to stick to KBB prices so i imagine it would be under $16k. isn't that dealership open yet? is this an april fools joke??

I called a PA dealership about one of these super low mile Marauders last year and was told "Well, it's not really for sale. It belongs to one of the owners. It's a collectors car so we haven't been able to put a price on it."

Well that's stupid. why put it on the webpage under "Cars for Sale"

Maybe put it in the background or something, but that's misleading

Not Mine

there is not other description about this car so I don't know if the 503 miles is actual or assumed. No pictures of the car either, just the generic stock photo. No price listed. Car is in Pennsylvania. Below is the link

But if this mileage is correct and accurate, might be the lowest mileaged Marauder I have ever seen.

I called them today, the guy told me loooonnnnnggggg gone....

last week there was a 2003 in franklin tn at the jeep dealer. they were asking 14,800 and it had 11k miles on it. it was a trade-in on friday and sold by monday afternoon.

I bought it. Was the first caller. Told them i'd take it. Did you see the car?

Supposedly mint, cherry, like new.

I don't know if it is true, but Story is it was dads or grandpas, kid got it (maybe they died), pulled it out of storage/garage and drove it straight to jeep store, where he traded as down for a jeep.

They must have stole it for 9,500 or so.

Without confirmation, has jtl air, trans pan, trans upgrades, 4:10, chip and tune, new manga flow exhaust and h pipe, and basically is in as new condition.

Underneath car and engine appear like showroom.

Had them drive 1 block to ford store for them to review. Service manager said he parked away from shop (so it would get damaged) in new car line, and people tried to buy it for two hours thinking it was for sale.

He indicated that it was near flawless, and brand new. His crew marveled at the "extra gauges" etc...

I haven't seen it yet. Flying from Boise to Nashville tommorow and picking it up first thing Saturday am.

Trying to make Louisville for a few hours, but still not sure I can get r done.

I am so excited I cannot sleep.

NOTE: NONE OF THE ABOVE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED! And I haven't yet been celebrating as I haven't seen it! I will post up once it is in my hands!

Driving her/him (don't know yet) to Little Rock and storing there for two weeks (sheltered) until 4/20... Well fly back and drive her/him Route 66 to California, burning rubber at least once in every state here to there.

If ANYONE WANTS TO MAKE ROUTE 66 with me I have three seats open. No cost (except your rooms)... Promise you lots of time behind wheel!

PPS I called right after they'd placed the add--placing it online. I happened to be online when it came over, and they marveled that I was calling about it-- as the Internet manager said "I just hit send!" I told them I'd take it Sat at 11:49 am PST -- and that the car was sold. I am hopeful it all works out splendidly.

Congrats!!......

That guy who traded it in got rap#d and will quickly regret that he traded a rare, soon-to-be classic for a turd Jeep...:snore:
I guess as they say: "It's a Jeep thing...you wouldn't understand"....:shake:
