Highest Mileage on their Marauder...

85K AND STILL RUNNING LIKE NEW.... (Maybe a little better than new now)...

******

And Better Yet To Come

I'm Looking For The 200k Mark!

The question shouldn't be "who has the highest" it should be "how have you achieved the highest"... :bows:

What oil, how often between trans service, axle service, radiator flushes, any preventative maintenance, anything major replaced (engine, trans, etc.) Give us some advice! I don't have a Marauder (yet) but when I get one- I want to drive it forever... :burnout:

I'm just a pretender at 177,xxx, but here's how I keep it. Oil at every 5K, just the motorcraft OEM stuff. Tranny service, twice what's reccomended. Do a burnout in at least 37 states. Do at least a burnout a week. Try to hit 100 once a day. Finally, amass upwards of 350 time slips. This has worked well for me.

I've got a ways to go. 25,798 miles since June 26, 2002. Loads of Burnouts and quarter mile runs. But the cars never seen salt.

High Mileage Marauder

Hi all,

Just turned 96K on Monday. I hope I can get over 200K on her. Daily driver using Mobil 1 5W 20.

For me to change my oil every 5,000 miles means I'm going to be changing my oil once every year.

About 76,000 on my '04 SilverBirch. Bought new, driven daily, mostly hiway miles. Using synthetic oil. No problems and runs great. Safe, fun, reliable.....I love it!

My 03SB has 62k I have put 50k on her in the 3 years I have owned her. So at this rate being my daily driver It will take me 10 years to catch My Rodder. I only hope and pray that it will make it to 200k. And she puts a smile :Don my face every time I get to driver her. Best car I have ever owned.
