Last one I saw towards that area was PEM in Orland like a year or so ago.

I plan to head back at some point soon. Just a few odds and ends I have to do on the car. That was CJ's and mine's last august.

There was some filing needed in mine, of the black lip in the opening to get an old double din AVIC Pioneer in 12 or so years ago. Would not go in without it, was actually so snug I didn't need anything else to hold the unit in.

Actually yes, many times and on a crotch rocket to boot. It's made to be ridden, not hard parking in front of a bar. I get the trailer, would suck to drive cross country and then break down at a track somwehere. But when going for a street meat, like looseville, getting there is half the fun.

Imagine spending $100k, still street legal, but not being reliable enough to jump in for a road trip. Unless it is non-legal non-registrable, I don't get the trailering it everywhere. Reminds me of the harley guys that only ride from bar to bar locally, and then trailer their bikes to sturgis...
