I feel your pain. Mine only has 95K on it, but it seems like everything is breaking down at once (despite a history of excellent maintenance). For now, I'll keep fixing it because I'm always happy to have it back when it is fixed. But it's getting to be like having a car payment.

Brakes are new. Alignment is new. Tire pressures are normal (38 up front, 36 in back .... yes I know those are high).

Turns out that it is the parking brake. The shoes and all the hardware have to be replaced .... Total cost at the stealership? $550

Thanks everyone for the help on this. It is the Lighting Control Module (LCM). Ford is fixing it under recall. It's a different part number (and supposed to be an upgrade as opposed to a replacement). The bad news is that it is on back order for at least two weeks.

Headlights are acting weird. Headlights go off (foglights remain on) when the turn signal is applied (sometimes) ... sometimes they just go off. Bright lights will come on when the stalk is pulled (flash to pass feature), but will not stay on if brights are turned on. Problem is intermittent...

How much for he gauge bezel (with vents) I assume it goes from the left vent to the right vent on the other side of the radio cut out. Might try buying this and hydrodipping it.

Makes sense. Rear pads are only a few months old ... unless a faulty caliper prematurely wore them out. You can actually make it squeal by putting the car in park, releasing the parking brake and rocking the car forward and back (don't know how hard that is on the tranny).
