How come you have two set of numbers on each chart? Blue and red? Is that before and after? Difference is not too bad on the two scales. >10

Varies from state to state but you can usually go darker on the back passenger and rear (18% here). I add a light titanium to my windshield to make it harder to see from front but can't tell from inside.
