Did you flush the trans and not change the filter or did the entire service? When my trans whined after 2k miles after a flush, we dropped the pan, changed the filter and fluid and the whine went away.

It's a mn112 blower made by magnuson engineered to fit the Marauder engine. Everything you need was in the box and you were able to bolt on another 100hp in a day's work. Now kits are hard to find and the eaton swap is the popular alternative.

H10 35w kit with the color of your choice, slight filing down of a raised bump on the tab and it plugs right in. Add the silicone, mount the ballast and plug it all in. You may wanna remove the fog lamps to install the bulbs and apply the silicone. It will make life easier.
8mm socket. Remove the coolant reservoir and power steering reservoir. Move them off to the side. You may wanna crimp the small hose that connects to the coolant reservoir just so you can move it further away.

I've had the kit installed for over 3yrs now and no heat issues at all. None of the pods deformed or melted and the harness is the same as when I installed it. The heat probably helps the pods stay on because I haven't had one fall off or move.
Is your pump working and circulating? In hot temps when hard on my car, I've only seen 135* max. Most tuners set the tune to pull timing if the IATs reach too high. 150 is pretty high. Where is your IAT sensor located? Mine is in the mounting plate on top of the intake behind the blower.
I'm going to say you should look into changing your EATC o-rings to cure the defrost/vent issue. I'm also pretty sure that the steam you are experiencing is condensation dripping onto the exhaust manifolds and evaporating. Drive the car without turning the AC on and see if you still experience...
