It varies by county. Emissions wise you may be better off in WA. We also live in Thurston county. You can always list our address with the DOL/DMV. A lot of WA resedence used to register their cars in OR before we passed the $30 car tabs.

Pricw wise, I think you would be better off going to the site I PMed you. We have an 03 Black and an 04 DTR. for not much more they matched the paint perfectly. :)

To put things in perspective: When gas was 30 cents a gallon a brand new 3/4 ton pickup truck cost around $4,000. Now gas is averaging around $3.00 a gallon and how much is a brand new 3/4 ton pickup truck?

At our last meet, Dirtydog sold me his Flowmasters (Thanks Dave). B.J. just finished putting them on. Love that sound. :D Wished the car would of came from the factory that way.
