If your super worried about it, cycle the key on/off 10 or so times, it wipes most of the data, such as speed at the time of deployment etc, there is still g force data which can be calculated into speed, but the mph will be gone, the rest is speculation, and math.

That is correct. And the amount of brake force applied, what position the driver and passenger seats were in, if the seat belts were buckled, if the air bags deployed, a multipul of g force sensors, for pre crash, pre deployment, g force during air bag deployment. The are a lot of other items...
