So I got it to pass. Only had a quarter tank of gas. filled the damn thing up and the EVAP monitor shut off almost immediately. I usually fill it up every time. Stopped at a gas station with high prices and was like "screw you gas guy. I'm only putting in $15." Yeah well, screw me, right in...
