You'll need more than 10psi to get north of 450rwhp. Trilogy pullies are hard to come buy, they are keyed and not same as Eaton swap ones. Gerald may be able to make a 3.0 upper

If you don't maintain a 3-6% tire diameter difference front to rear on cars with traction control, it will activate and engine will stumble or lose power while trying to accelerate
Does the fuel pump prime (it's audible) when you turn key to "on" but not crank. I would change fuel filter too with 12 year old gas..prolly gummed up inside
I would recommend a tune for it if leaving stock. The tune adds 15-20 hp but more importantly changed the crappy oem shifting schedule that gets you to overdrive ASAP. The tune doesn't hurt anything, is plug and play thru obdII port and stock tune can be reinstalled easily. Tune thru mail or...
Marauder front springs are specific to the Marauder, and not reproduced. They sell you crown Vic, Marquis springs which will ride high. Best bet is to transfer marauder spring to new shock strut assembly
The OEM rear susp. is airbags, replace if leaking or dry rotted. Arnott or Suncore brand. Timing chain guided need replaced, not chains. Do not do LCM recall, see member here FastBlackMerc.
