    Ridetech Front Coil Over

The ridetechs offer plenty of height adjustment. Chris also sells a setup that'll maintain the stock ride height, so you could go from stock to lowered and back just by adjusting the coilovers. Just reach out to Chris @ ADTR and tell him you're looking for the ridetechs with a stiffer spring, I...

Blown engine. How did this happen?! I'm sad...

How many miles are on your car? (Edit: just saw on page 1 you're around 160k) Unless its some low mile mint show piece (which I kind of doubt), just find an aviator or mach 1 automatic motor and plunk it in there. I bought a 137k mile 03A on this site with a blown motor (spun rod bearing from...

    Marauderless after 18 years

Brake calipers wouldn't be worth much, not different from any other 03+ panther. The sway bars would be worth a couple bucks to someone with a 2v 03+ panther that doesn't want to spring for addcos, a decade ago you could pick up a rear bar for 20 bucks, not sure these days but I wouldn't call it...

    Horn

I can't speak to the connector but for one recent year on the Mustangs, it was either 18 or 19 I forget, Ford (to save money) deleted the low note horn. A lot of people complained about it and I believe the added the low note back since then. AFAIK people who had the single high note were able...

CVPI exhaust, YES it fits the MM

yeah its pretty common knowledge that from the H pipe to the rear is all the same pipe layout, it was the manifolds and midpipes that changed on the marauder vs the 2v cars due to the heads.

    Driveshaft question

critical driveline speed isn't a myth, a few members on this forum have blown the tailshafts off the transmission from sustaining 140+ for miles and miles. The problem is the overall length of the one piece shaft, it really should have been a two piece from the factory. The factory Marauder...

Wanted To Buy WTB: Unmodified, Low Mileage 2004 Marauder

Can't help on the 20k mile but I have a friend with a mint 47k DTR that is all stock. He's looking to list it on BringATrailer soon but would sell it before hand for the right cash offer.

Rear Suspension - does it use airbags? and a couple of other questions

If the airbags aren't dry rotted I'd leave em alone. Mine at that mileage were but it also came from a worse environment. If they're leaking or dry rotted, you can still get Ford OE bags. Factory Tokicos are NLA, IMO any of the stock style replacement shocks are crap but the KYBs will get the...

Rear Suspension - does it use airbags? and a couple of other questions

I looked thru the sale ad and saw the rear air suspension is still in place. At 150k you're going to be about ready for control arms and shocks. Although if this car lived on smooth western roads all its life they still may be okay, but my old 03 Marauder the original suspension was tired at 150.

Rear Suspension - does it use airbags? and a couple of other questions

Personally I wouldn't worry about doing the timing chain guides until you hear a noise, these aren't as inevitably failure prone and critical as TCG's on a older BMW V8. I checked the guides on a 130k mile engine I was installing in my 03 Marauder expecting to find them trashed, they were...

    LSD Help

This kit has existed for ages, I helped a friend put these in his marauder like a decade ago. Ford made this revised set for chatter/NVH reasons. They are not intended to be higher performance/grippier over factory, just a updated factory replacement. if you want the grippiest set for a factory...

Doug Demuro reviews the Marauder. Finally.

I'd love to see some examples, because every one I see for sale has 150k + miles, rust, bad paint, ripped up interiors, and they're asking 8 grand. I'll start buying these very nice Marauders and flipping em on BringATrailer for 15 grand a pop

    Medium SUV recommendations ??

Whats your idea of medium size, also budget? new or used? A diesel X5 can tow up to 7000lbs, I'd find one with factory rear self leveling air ride though. Smaller trailer shouldn't be an issue without it.

You live in TX so you might as well get the ridetech setup from ADTR. They have an option now to maintain a factory ride height if you don't want to drop the car 1-1.5" over stock. Back in 17 I had ordered Marauder spec shocks from Ford but it does appear they are NLA. (7w3z18124j Front NLA...

    HID bulbs

You realize anything past 6000k is dimmer than a halogen bulb, correct? I also dumped the poverty beams ages ago, factory housings are trash and they aren't any better with a PnP bulb. I currently run Osram CBI D2S bulbs in all my cars these days.
