You might want to check your belt tension if you are experiencing those problems.. Or have the alternator output checked to make sure it's okay. I do not have those issues even with virtually everything electrical running..

I believe the Aviator has the 5 speed auto with some decent low gears... That will improve the "seat of the pants" feel....

The oil pressure guage is a "fake". The oil pressure sending unit is a simple on/off switch not a variable pressure switch. As for A pillar pods you might try AutoMeter as they do make them for other models... you might also ask on www.CrownVic.net. When is the BIG day? I am looking...
