If you want full exhaust I would go with SW headers and have an exhaust shop custom bend one up with the mufflers of your choice. Don’t have to have mandrel bent but it’s nice. SW or Kooks are available but as far as bolt on I think that’s it.

Autosol works wonders too. Never Dull is good stuff also. If you use buffing compound on them with a buffer, then follow up with regular cleanings with never dull the tips will look amazing.

The cams from the Mach 1 are the same as ours. IF you wanted a small cheap upgrade you could search for a set of 96-98 cobra cams, (intakes are different, exhaust cams are the same)

Could be a bad VAPS module behind the glove box. Pretty common issue, mine used to be tough to turn, then would free up then go back whenever it wanted to.
