What do you mean by "charcoal conversion I started"? Is the interior completely charcoal or is the conversion unfinished?

I don't know much about exhaust, but there is a ton you can do to make the car quieter inside (sound deadening). Dynamat is very good but expensive. There is also spray-on rubber(ish) noise canceling material. Places to put sound deadening would be under the carpet, in the trunk, in the doors...

There are places you should avoid in Chicago, just as I'm sure there are in Louisiana. Common sense saves lives.

I have a lot of family in eastern Tennessee, and I've been to the Smoky Mountains multiple times. Cannot recommend going highly enough. Such a beautiful place, and lots to do for sure!
