Thanks. If it helps you sleep, the YS-245 is also what I have to replace the pulley in that position and appears (without removing it yet) to be the exact replacement.

Bob, does the 6203 also work in the tensioner pulley as well as the grooved idler pulley?

Did the high amp alternator require a new voltage regulator wiring harness or anything, or was it plug and play?
