I would love to, but its my daily driver and I need it fixed by tonight. I've been using my girlfriends car yesterday and today. She needs it tomorrow. Do you think the brake hoses are the culprit?

And I think that's still the problem. Which is why I think its a collapsed hose. Its not allowing the fluid to retract, causing the piston to "stick"?

No, I didn't. I checked the drum part of the rotor, no contact marks.

Had the air on after work today and didn't smell anything. Must have spilled the old pag oil in the engine bay somewhere.

I did it myself. I put 2oz in the evap core and 1oz in the dryer before installing and I used mineral oil on the new orings. Some oil spilled out when disconnecting the lines. But nothing significant.

Well I guess I don't smell refrigerant since refrigerant doesn't really have an odor. I suppose its the pag oil...hard to describe, its a faint chemical-like smell.
