I have 3 Mercury Marauders. All have titles. Im selling all 3 plus the parts I’ve collected to fix them for $3000 total. I’m not parting them out. Having a hard time posting pics. Coming soon.
2003 Black on black. Was my friends car. Bought back from insurance. Started fixing. Got a good...
Hey guys. So I bought this DTR at auction. Came with no keys. I looked in the trunk and didn’t find the key code sticker. Owners manual is long gone too. Can a key be obtained with the vin number ? I’ll drill the tumbler if I have to. I’m trying to avoid being an animal and breaking the column...
I bought it for $800 and saved it from being stripped for its parts. I’m good with that. Plus I learned how not to swap a Panther frame. Still winning. 😜 I’ll take what I learned from the last one and do the DTR better.

It was way sketchy. I had to use what I had available at the time. Jack’s, wood and hand tools. I had to get it high enough to drag the mangled frame out then roll the good one underneath. Got it done in a weekend. Was an epic journey. Never again without a lift though.
I’ve frame swapped one before. It’s a PITA without a lift but I got it done. I was going to use this for parts but it was nicer than I expected. I’m going to save it. I’ve already located a frame from a local guy. Mustang Eddie. I’m just trying to find some cheap wheels so I can roll it around.
2004 Marauder DTR with the 6 disc cd changer, rear spoiler, sunroof and trunk organizer. Got punched in the nose pretty good by a pole.
Bought through Copart. No keys and doors and hood were locked so it was a total gamble. Had zero pics of the inside or the engine. $850 plus fees came to...
I was just about to post this same video on the site. Glad I looked around first. Most blown up engine the recycler has ever seen ! That’s saying a lot. I’d love to know what really happened to it.
Thanks for the advice fellas. Makes sense to stick with a Marauder cover.
hopefully this ‘07 crown Vic parts car for $500 happens. It’s in great shape and has practically every part I need. Gonna swap the frame out and use the front sheet metal, nose and cooling stuff. Will swap the front...
Hello all. So I just bought a wrecked Marauder from a friend. A drunk driver hit him head on on New Year’s Eve. The front of the frame rails took the hit. Cooling is smoked. From the front of the engine back is fine though. I’m going to body swap it onto another frame and rebuild it....because...
This happened to a good friend of mine on New Year’s Eve. He was driving home on Long Island in Levittown and got smoked, head on, by a drunk driver. He luckily was completely unhurt. His car is toast however.
So imagine this. You "clean" it up the best you can without tearing it down completely. You dress it, install it, connect it all up and fire it up for the first time. It either smokes or knocks or is otherwise screwed up. Now you have to unconnected it, uninstall it, undress it and tear it down...
Yeah, me too man. Me too.
Looks like I did more damage than I initially thought. The front right wheel is also bent slightly and something(s) in the front suspension. It's cambered in at the top and the alignment is off. Dropped it off at the shop this morning.
They are all Upstate New York tracks. I'm on Long Island near NYC. Bridges, tolls, traffic. Those tracks mine as well be in Canada. Good lookin out though.
