The madness continues!!!!!!

Unless they have come out with a new model the S/C bracket will need to be spaced off the Timing Cover. Some 8 rib kits do and some don't.

Im looking at there single bolt tensioner, hoping it will work with minimal modding:(

If you don't mind me asking this what's the brake down of what you have in the build ? Like parts and money spent . There may be a few members that may want to make there stock mm a monster like yours :) can't wait to see yours numbers when all said and done .

Well overall the build is fairly simple, a 10.1 aluminator, vortech V7 YSI, hogans sheetmetal intake, precision 825 hp air to air intercooler, circle d 3,000 stall converter, a full return fuel system, 80lb injectors, twin walbro 400lph fuel pumps, dual modified fpdm's, accufab single blade t/b, innovators west 15% OD (7.5") balancer, 8 rib pulley conversion, and a whole bunch of supporting mods!

Ok maybe its not so simple! as for money spent wayyyy to much:bigcry:

Yeah, money is always the main ingredient to a great build. Speed cost mucho denero.
Good deal on the 8 rib conversion. Who did you get the pulleys from?

I sourced em off a navigator, and ordered from rock auto

I have the single bolt, you are probably going to have to space the S/C or did you buy an 8 rib S/C bracket???

Check with LJ on 24". His 8 rib had to be spaced off the TC like mine, they tried and that was the only way they could get it to fit.

Yeah i guess we will find out, ill order it soon

Got all my pulleys switched over to the 8 rib version, except the a/c got the wrong one!

Alternator shop poped the oem clucth pulley off, and installed the 8 rib in less than 5mins, and didnt charge me a dime!

The beat goes on!

I changed my front timing cover to the 3 bolt cobra timing cover because I kept slipping the belt with the single bolt tensioner.

Today i dropped the Aluminator in, and look at the purdy 7qaurt oil pan!

Very nice. Did you have to move the trans cooler lines a little so they don't rub on the pan? I had to slightly bend mine away from the pan or they would rub just a bit.

Yeah i sure did! they were rubbing right at corner of the oil pan!

T/T to my fabricator ill be dropping the car off tomorrow morninig to have the intercooler installed/mounts fabed, and S/C pipes fabed out of t 304 stainless steel so i wont have to powdercoat them!

T/T my fabricator today says he got the intercooler mounts fabed up, and mounted the intercooler, says there was a lot of cutting and welding required to get it to fit, had to pull the front bumper cover along with the bumper bracing, and other stuff.

Next up are the stainless steel S/C pipes, i also got the becoolfans mounted up they fit like a glove! looks oem
