Would it be wise to have the underside of the car pressure washed? It's got 10 years of dirt etc under there. Wouldn't mind getting a jump start on cleaning it up.

Hmmm, with the traction control on, that might work! Maybe, a sandblaster kind of deal! I wonder if the salt water is better than the salt from the roads up north?

Ever thought about what's behind your rocker panels? It could be pretty nasty especially if you live where roads get salted and you drive in the winter.
I removed mine when I 1st bought the car in 2010 and there was some corrosion starting (not bad and just on the surface). I sanded down and treated with some rust inhibitor and painted the areas affected and now I flush the rocker panels periodically with my pressure washer to get all the crud out...fine soot and mud really collects behind those rockers and builds up.
There is a gap between body and rocker on each end and I just stick my tip there and flush from each end...you will get wet because the gaps are rather small
