No comments in over 100 views. Is it priced too high? People don't like clicking cl ads? I may be biased but I think its fairly priced given the mileage. Maybe the ac and radio problem? Suggestions welcome.

Well as a buyer, I'll chime in. Aside from the distance (once I exhaust my search of local cars I'll spread out) the A/C is a deal killer for me. Radio's I can fix on the cheap, A/C can get very expensive very fast. With those working the price would be at the top of my budget but I'd consider the car. But if I'm going to push the limits of my budget the car has to be pretty darn good as there are plenty of sub $10k cars which need a little work. You've got low miles and tasteful mods in your favor though. Unfortunately I'm not much interested in low miles so that doesn't sway me but for the average buyer I think you're priced well with the A/C fixed.

Repairing the AC is relatively cheap and can be used as a negotiating tool in the buyer's favor.

Kinda silly the AC would be a deal killer.

Do you know what's wrong with it (I know you aren't the seller) A general statement that repairing the AC is relatively cheap is incorrect. If the compressor has grenaded then you are looking at a full system replacement which is not cheap at all.

Systems never "just need a recharge" because a properly functioning system should not loose their charge. So as a buyer if I can't see it working I assume the worst because I have no other choice. Assuming the worst (full system replacement) then the car is overpriced. Most likely it just needs new o-rings, a system vacuum and recharge but I don't know that, as a seller I'd eat that cost to get top dollar for my car.

I'm not trying to be harsh on the seller, he asked for input and I'm just saying what would keep me from jumping on a plane and heading out there to buy it.

I don't mind the input at all. If I could afford to get the ac and radio looked at, I would. But seeing as how I'm poor, I can't. I feel like its priced well and there is definitely some room for bargaining. I'd take the first 10k that was offered. Maybe listing it at 11900 makes people think I wouldn't go that low.

Ditto --- This 134A Freon goes flat and in some cases the Gauges will show correct pressures but the car cooling will be poor >> fast foreward > Get the system vac'd down an recharged ,A/C pro works well and Freeze work well also ,the brand x Freon is a waste.

Still available. I've been slowly dropping the cl price. Its currently at $10100 on cl. I've had bites but no sale yet obviously. The cl price will be in the $9500 dollar range soon. Not sure if I'll get any takers but if there is any interest now is the time before I drop the price to the masses.

Fwiw i got mine in march with 60k for 12,500. So many cars with that mileage were up in the 15-16k range. Im surprized someone didnt jump on it for that price and miles. The one thing about mine thou is that a year prior to me getting it it only had 12k. The owner prior to me put on 48 k in a year and sold it.
