UPS just delivered the $58.30 certificate for my 2003 Marauder, that I ordered online.

#48 of a build of 7838, and is #48 of 7093 manufactured in black

I had you on my list already at #54. Where did that come from? (More of a rhetorical question)

I was told (or thought for some reason), that it was #54, and supposedly that it was the only Marauder built in April of 2002. -- now we know more.

Does being #48 make it a pre-production Marauder? I think it was driven out west, as it was serviced (before or during the dealer introduction) in KS, or CA, or somewhere like that. My local dealer bought it from Ford/Mercury in some sort of used/demo/factory official/dealer only sale.

^^This is a prime example of why I wanted FORD-CERTIFIED numbers from the beginning.

I have moved 2MEHM75V03X602213 to #48 and deleted it from #54.

Brilojo, your color sequence number is different than your build number. Just noting that as most posts here match. I got my build number and born on date from a forumite a long time ago, but have no idea about the color sequence #.

I was meaning to call for the build sheet this week, I'll make sure to do it next week. This paper was found when we got the car.

If you got your info from other than Ford your number is probably close but may not be exact. :)

The later built 03s start to see some variance as they mixed in some blues along the way.

Thanks very much. I got my number and some OASIS info from RoyLPita here, Brian, who also had detailed info on all the warranty items that had been done up to that time. I'll post what I have, with a question mark on the color sequence.

(Mine is definitely a later build '03 as I have the pre-decontented features.) Thanks!

P.S. Were there 7838 2003's, or 7839? I'm seeing both figures. I was told by Brian my '03 300B was one of 7839...

Brian's numbers have been close, but when members got their info from Ford www.fordshowparts.com (Certificates of Authenticity) many have been different. Ford can also tell you your color sequence. I've got info from Ford that says 7838 for '03.

Thank you. I'll go with that total. Any idea where the 7839 figure some are using here came from? (Maybe at the time I got the report they were starting to include the '04's...)
