MOTOWNS 3" STAINLESS STEEL VBAND EXHAUST

I saw and heard it yesterday. The work done is top notch! It's very quiet until he gets on it and then it has a good deep rumble.

I know I'm late to the party but geeze that is a hell of a great exhaust and all tig welded on top of that !!!

I had the whole stainless works on my car and I didnt like it that much.Dont get me wrong it is a high quality system but I didnt like the raspy sound and drone I was having so I ended up selling it.

I have access to a hydraulic tube expender so I will make a complete slip on exhaust system since I dont really need to take the whole thin out in 10 min like the OP but this gives me ideas . :)

Since then ive had the entire exhaust Jethot coated , and added a Vband clamp to the H pipe so it can easily be disassembled on the right or left side.

X-pipe gives you the raspy tone.

Go 3" to the tips = no need for X-pipe and loose the raspy sound.

Yes going with an H-pipe as well but the tail pipes will be stock looking , with turn downs as the shinny marauder style was a cop attention grabber, I prefer the stealth look on a sleeper :D I did use some vibrant resonator last year to help to tone down the sound and it did help a bit

I got my headers coated too last year but since I'm repainting the whole car the whole drivetrain is out so I will have to start piecing up together my exhaust system.
I always liked dynomax but the magnaflow are pretty nice sounding too. I really want to avoid any drone or being too loud.
