What did you do to your car today?

Installed IW 10% OD balancer. Got a retune with Marty and Jeff. And for the non believers, I'm running a 3.4 pulley on my D1SC, 6-rib, stock single bolt tensioner, with no belt slip.

What is this belt slip you speak of? LOL!!

Good job man, feel much difference in the new tune?

Nothing for a couple of weeks. She’s in lockdown waiting for concrete...

Pinon nut was a little loose on the rear end, tightened it up a bit.

Rewrapped the center console with a stitched leather one from Ebay, came out really clean and looks better than the usual cover imo. Also started removing the 20% tint installed by the previous owner, windshield was first to go. Will deal with the other windows later on but I can at least see at night now. Still getting this thing sorted out, great start so far.

Showed it to a field adjuster who deemed the car not a total loss, removed LR axle, pressed in new studs, reinstalled, parked...awaiting word from a couple body shops.

I had the big brake upgrade for the front, replaced the rear calipers, pads and rotors for the rear, TCE rear steel braided brake lines installed, replaced the rear air springs, air ride compressor & the Marty tune on my Marauder installed at Mo's Speed Shop. Definitely worth the $$$ spent. I provided all the parts with the exception of the upgraded tune.

Getting new rear shoes. Finally. They’ve been bald for nearly two years but only seeing less than a thousand a year makes it hard to justify. But it’s beyond dangerous on dry roads so…

Decided on the Nitto 421Q that replaced the 420S that I fell in love with so many years ago. Hopefully they bite just as good. Hell, even crappy OEM’s would be an improvement!

[yesterday I] Recovered from a track session by draining and filling the transmission pan, flushing a quart of brake fluid (fronts got hottttt), and switching back to street tires. Double checked all the bolts from my suspension replacement/upgrade and found a couple that had backed off a turn or two, cranked them back down and getting ready to order replacement nylocs (Front UCAs seem to be a problem).

Need to do some sort of brake upgrade before the next track day, front rotors are toast. Can't decide between Wilwood or Zack/C6 kit.
