Without clock. I have a 2004 and would like the clock. My 2003 has the clock. Can I alter and use the one with the clock?

I'm looking for the rubber boot behind the headlight bulb on a 2003 B model. OEM was a hard plastic 1/4 turn cap. Later revisions went to a softer rubber like cap, that is what I need one of. Thank You.

Only p/s headlight I have has a scratch in it & is not perfectly clear can probably be buffed up by a professional.
