Good Morning,
I used to be on mm.net in the very beginning. I owned my Marauder since the end of 2002. Loved that car, but I sold it in 2014. Of course I regretted that decision. Well, turns out I had the opportunity to buy my old car back from the same gentleman who I sold it to. So, its back in Nevada and I am sorting it out. He misplaced the sct tuner for the trilogy kit so thats a problem im trying to work through. Lots of little things to do, but overall I'm very happy. Now I have to relearn all of the stuff I forgotten about. Its nice to see the forums again. All this information.

Thanks

Welcome back! Get a new SCT X4 from Marty (Moe's Speed Shop) and do a remote tune!

Hello Everyone, been a member on here for a couple months, but have been too busy to post. No Marauder yet, but hoping to acquire one sometime in 2022 now that I will have space. Always loved the Marauder (1st car was a '99 Grand Marquis), and hoped to own one someday. The goal would be to slowly modify until it's a bullet proof, fast car (goal is to outrun my buddies Tesla Model 3 to show him he got the wrong car). Seems like the best was about doing that is finding a Trilogy kit, and going with a bit more aggressive tune than standard.

Anyways, all just speculation at this point. Will keep you updated on when I get my hands on one and start the build process. Don't know much about the 4v engines (done lots of work on Chevys), so will probably be hunting the site for tips and tricks. Thank you guys for the add!

Finally took delivery of my 2004 DTR Marauder with 71k miles!
Congratulations!!!!! My DTR just turned 80,000 on the way to Carlisle last year.
BTW, I grew up in Abington/Glenside. Moved to Maryland in 1984. Miss the old stomping grounds.......

Actually, I am posting them so the various regional forums can welcome them into their "folds". With all the regional meets we have, it will help to bolster up the number of attendees of MM owners and those who would like to be!

So be sure to say hello and invite them out
I'm a new member from Ohio. The Marauder I have my brother, a GM worker, bought new in 2003. I gave him an A Plan when he purchased it. He passed away in 2016 and I bought it from the estate. I would like to find the build date and birth number on the car. I would also like to find a window sticker and build sheet if possible. Thanks to all who set up this forum and all that post. I have already used this site to work on my prize.

Hello everyone! From Quebec, Canada

What's up, folks?

Thank you for accepting my join request! I bought my 03 Black Marauder about a week ago, after looking for a decent one for years. Let's say there weren't that many Canadian spec to begin with (I've heard only 470 or something made it here) and a lot of people didn't take much care of them, sadly. Luckily, I've met a widow from Ontario who wanted to finally get rid of her late husband's car, since it kept reminding her of him, but she would only sell to someone who would treat this car as well as he did.

I'm so happy with my purchase, still feels unreal! The car isn't perfect right now, it's been sitting, tires are dry-rotted, wheels are a bit scuffed, air suspension compressor doesn't kick in, need to check the bags/relay too, paint needs love/touch-ups, has no major rust since it was only taken out in the Summer and currently sits at 61.000 miles (or 98.100 km). I am researching a strange knock that becomes more pronounced as the car heats up, seems like it's coming from the transmission, not the engine. Not sure yet.

It will be my winter project and hopefully I'll be able to enjoy it next Spring/Summer!

Looking forward to talking with you guys!

Have a great weekend

Hello everybody!

I just recently bought my Uncles Marauder from my cousin since he passed away last month. It is a 2004 Silver version from So. California. Has a few things that need attention, mainly a tapping noise on startup that I've yet to locate the source of. Also one side sits lower in the rear than the other (airbag issue?) anyways its now in Tucson AZ (I ironically saw another silver one near my house just two weeks before taking possession of this one). It has 100,600 miles on the OD. My uncle purchased it new with 150 miles on it, everything is stock not a single modification made just used and enjoyed but noticed from the paperwork I found had only put on 20k since 2018, and since last december only 1000 miles on it, has been sitting for awhile. Any help is appreciated and I am really excited to start bring life back to this car and enjoying it with my family as a cruiser machine.
