Components Install Q's

This Question is for you folks who have installed Components in your front MM Doors.

Where did you mount the Crossover Network???

Steve we try and put it on the backside of the door panel.

I secured mine under the door switch panel.

I put mine inside the inner sheetmetal just below and forward of the speakers. I zip-tied them to the wire bundle running to the window switches. I don't know where you are mounting your tweeters, but I purchased new corner plastic triangle thingies from my local FLM dealer to mount them to so that I would be able to return it to stock if I ever want to. I don't have any pics, sorry.

Ditto, there is a spot you can Velcro the crossover just beneath the speaker grille on the panel.

i havent done comps on my MM, but on my last two cars i put the crossovers either under each front seat, or under dash depending on space available, and size of x-over.
