I got 18 MPG!

Got you all beat! 255/55-18 with stock 3.55 (3.50 effective rear gear) and 3500 stall converter.

You know you have to calibrate the scangauge to get the right MPG right?

Was that when slowing down with a trailer attached?

I know how to get it to read like that too. ;)
Sorry I don't pull trailers with my MM like you do.

Yes I know how to calibrate it correctly, I've had it over a year. I'm not saying I get that to a TANK, straight flat roads with enough throttle to maintain speed and keep the converter locked I get 28-31mpg while driving.

I daily drive my MM (5k miles every 3 months give or take) so MPG is important to me.

that's pretty shocking, what do you avg. on a highway run?

As far as all highway long trip? The best I have gotten was about 26.9 to 16 gallons at 75-78mph. I have two Zack tunes, one is all around fun street, they other is a hybrid secret. At 60mph in O/D with converter locked I run 1725 rpms with cruise control on.

Hey Blazin nice MPG....SC at that.

My wifes company ETC used to have an office out in Waukisha WI....I remember buying one of there company cars from there and talk about rust in the undercarrige. A PITA when it was time for brakes, shocks, bearings....etc.

Just 31 mpg? I got 85 MPG on my scan gage when I took my foot off the gas in the FSVT!!!

That's why I have to store all my toys for the winter :(

Best I ever got was 22-23 on the highway and 18-20 in town. When the geniuses in Washington D.C. mandated 10% ethanol, my mileage dropped 15%--and it pinged so bad that Reinhart had to send me a new tune. The only time it ever gets up to 20MPG now is when I'm taking a trip out in the sticks where I can buy real gas.

I started getting better gas mileage when the increased the ethanol amount in gas. You might want to try a different gas station or go with brand name only. I only put Exxon or Shell in my car, anything else I get no where near the mileage I do from Exxon or Shell.

you must have a magic car. there is less energy in ethanol than in gas.

I'm not saying I get hybrid mileage but I drive the same route day in and day out every week so I know when I've driven too hard/fast and when I granny it cause it shows.

The very first tank of gas I put in the car was a discount brand, I got no more than 180 miles to 16 gallons at fill up. I knew something was wrong so I went to Shell, filled her up and got 270-280 which I knew was a lot more like it or at least closer lol.
