For Sale Parting out 2004 Marauder

Ya - that's my concern with the seats as well. They're just impossible to find up here. I'll keep looking in my area for seats. But if you have any console buckets that aren't broken, let me know. Thanks.

For Sale Parting out 2004 Marauder

Hello - wondering about remaining availability of a couple of items: exterior trunk trim panel between taillights, console bucket and lid (my bucket is broken), and dark charcoal front seats. I'm in Canada, up near Ottawa, which may be a hassle for shipping, but please advise. Thanks.

    Another spark plug question

Sorry - I forgot to mention that they are Motorcraft plugs. Their website is a bit difficult to navigate, as far as spark plug specs.

    Another spark plug question

Greetings everybody. I have a set of new AGSF32PM (SP-493) plugs sitting here that a buddy was gonna use in his '01 2-valve Mustang, but he's not gonna need them now, so he gave them to me. My '04 Marauder could use a new set of plugs...but the manual calls for AWSF32EM plugs. With constant...

Question about bucking in the rain

Yeah - that was my intention, but a crapload of big bills all came in at the same time, so it was strictly a money decision. I've had MSDs on a 2V in my '05 MGM for a few years and so far so good. But I realize it is a crapshoot.

Question about bucking in the rain

So, just a follow up, for anyone who is interested. I ended up purchasing new COPs from MSD (comparable quality to Ford, half the price) and a set of new plugs. I found no water in any of the wells, and the plugs all had normal wear and colouring for their mileage. Most of the COPs looked okay...

    Okay to swap MAFs?

Just to follow up on this - the recycle yard MAF is in and I got no CELs after starting the car and warming it up for a bit. So all is good. The idle is a bit rough, but after driving for a while, it should smooth back out. If not, I'll do a battery disconnect and see how that goes. Thanks for...

    Okay to swap MAFs?

Thanks for the reply...that makes sense about the calibration. The MAF is an 80mm that came off a totaled Marauder in my local recycler's yard, so it should be fine. It was gonna be used for another project, but was just sitting in a box. I'll go ahead with the swap and keep an eye out for any...

    Okay to swap MAFs?

Greetings folks! The 2 screws that hold the MAF sensor to its housing on my '04 MM have decided to stop turning...1 head came right off and the other screw just spins. I got them off, but the housing is kinda messed up. I have a spare from the recycle yard which is in really good shape, so I'm...

Question about bucking in the rain

Greetings folks. My '04 MM started acting up for the first time ever the other day during a 20-ish mile highway run in very heavy rain, and I'm trying to narrow down the possible cause. It's got 195k clicks on it. Upgrades are a JLT cold air, BBK throttle body, Steeda underdrives (minus alt...
