  • Hey man glad to see your numbers I was getting nervous because my setup is just like yours LOL. Hows the beast driving?
The fuel system is on as of this afternoon. We are set to dyno in the morning, so we'll see tomorrow.
The motor is out and the head/intake is off to MMR. Hopefully, 4-5 weeks it will be done. I spoke to MMR and their waiting for the pistons so......here I am idle waiting. I almost bought a 2006 GT but didnt want to spend that much on payments. I may look at a SN95 and build my Marauder shortblock up and swap it....dont know yet. So whats up with your setup?
I don't know what the freight was, but that will cover it. For now lets just get it to you, and we can square up on the freight down the road.
Hey Gin any updates? your numbers are making me nervous.....if you are at 425rwhp with a power adder then I will be around 350-360ish YIKES! Hows the drivability...any idling issues or anything else to be concerned about? What are you averaging MPG? I am hoping it drives like stock until I unleash the fury!
Man I want to hear 550rwhp! I think all the DR Vortechs are around what you are putting out currently on a stock block! I hope you get that thing dialed in to make your RWHP goals. Man makes me think what would I be putting out NA BB/Stroker? Low/mid 300s...I would be #$%^......
NICE! So thats 420RWHP with the NOVI right? You broke in the motor already?

I did test drive a Charger RT this weekend and yeah the new motor better pull like that HEMI. I cant imagine what the BB/Stroker w/SC would feel like. It was be a bit frightening:banana2: Driving the HEMI around it was very satisfying in the mid/high end pulls I was able to get it. lots of torque. Well have fun keep me posted on your numbers when broken in.
well no probs yet, but i had to upgrade i was already nearly out of fuel running the single GT pump. Modifying the fuel hat to accomodate 2 GT pumps was going to be a task (Reinhart sell one modified for $973.00) and then you need upgrade to a dual FPDM. I went with a return style that they assured me was tried and proven, If I remember correctly the have a Grand Marquis they dropped a 32v in making ~750 at the tire using the same system
Hey Gin, keep me in the loop man.....I jealous your going driving your BB/Stroker Thursday. Hope all goes well.
