i went to the MVA in glen burnie & asked a trooper when my g/f got a repair order on her car. he said it has to test 35% or higher. since the cars have "factory tint" you can raelly only put 50% and still be in compliance. are the cars you have seen with tint K-9 cars? or a specialized unit like...

update: the company said the clockspring orders should be filled by next week (im hoping) then they will send mine out.
