just read the full thread. i was just researching the same thing and i came crossed this thread. crazy! anyway i wonder if those brackets would fit a 2000 crown vic and will that setup fit in a 17" factory steel wheel???

Good pick! LS is not only least expensive but can handle a lot more power. Are you going to upgrade any parts in the LS motor? rod, pistons, etc.
Are you going to keep all the accessories? AC, power steering
When I had the 3800 stall. It was S/C with 4.10s and I daily drove 60+ miles a day. It was great at the track/steet playing. I noticed it mostly when cruising at 95+ mph over long periods.

Had a great time in Daytona. Saw a few MM but no one around at the Bellair plaza. We had my Turbo Crown vic, older brothers turbo mustang, And younger brother twin turbo firebird. Glad we rented the 4wheel scooters for the Speedway.

oh man, you guys should race tomorrow. why dont you guys come to PBIR tomorrow Feb2 9am-4pm. another site i am on is doing a Track rental. only 50 cars so there is a ton of testing/Racing that can be had? 100.00ea and the track prep is sec too non... also its radial/slicks only.
