11th Annual Bert's 50s Diner CAM Meet

Haven't heard anything about the annual Bert's Meet this year for CAM. Last year was the 10th Annual Meeting of the CAM Marauders Group at Bert's in Mechanicsville, MD. Attendance over the past 6 years has averaged about 20 MMs and 40+ people. Let's do it again this year. Members tend to like a Sunday gathering for this event.

Suggest a get-together on 19 April or 26 April this year. Gather starting at 1:00 PM with lunch at 2:00 PM. Based on feedback, it looks like 26 April will work best --- so mark your calendars.

Post up your preference for the 19th or the 26th here in this thread.

Hope to see a big turnout at Bert's this year !!! :D

Meet in the parking lot at 1:00 PM. Lunch around 2:00 PM. Wrap up around 4-5:00 PM.

26th would work better, my daughter has a tournament the weekend of the 19th... I look forward to this meet every year... lol
 
It looks like 26 April 2015 works best. Shaun/MyTMerc will make the arrangements with Bert's for our annual arrival.

11 Annual Bert's Meet

Thanks for posting the details of the Bert's meet Charlie. Just got my computer back this morning. This Toshiba is a POS! The geek squad has more operating time on this laptop then I do.

In case anyone wants to make it a full car guy day, the Leonardtown annual Spring Fling is also happening the same day starting at 8am on the square in Leonardtown.

I'd love to do this; but I don't think that I can make the timing work with my co-pilot. :(
 
I just realized yesterday that show was the same day as well... I usually enter mine in that show too.
Too bad we couldn't do it there, and roll up in the show double digit deep. All park together.

It looks like the attendance is shaping up to be much lower than in the past years. We've had several CAM members who have moved out of the area and many other long term members who have indicated that they can't make it this year. Guess we'll see on Sunday. See ya there !!!
