*= A first-time venue for the tour!

My rooms are booked.
I decided that the misery of Charlotte/Concord traffic wasn't worth it (plus, I've been there a bazillion times already). I'll start my Tour in Martinsville and complete the rest of the route, heading home after the last stop in Norwalk.
If anyone wants my room list, PM me. I found two really awesome and affordable hotels.
$440.36 for the week...again, no hotel on the first or last night.

(hotels are starting to fill - book now...you can cancel later on if you decide not to go)

Truthfully, there's a chance I won't even be in the Marauder next year. Dad has floated the idea of taking either his '03 Mustang GT, or the '62 C-10 we rewired a couple years back. Each of those vehicles comes with a drawback compared to the Marauder, so...I'm trying to steer him back toward doing a 3rd Tour in the Marauder.

I Booked 7 out of 12 hotels rooms for the Power Tour.

Indiana... Oh yeah baby.... Looks like I'll be going to the power tour this year. (Well, one stop of it.) Closest it's ever been for me. Only an hour and a half away to Indy.
Can't miss this one. I'll stay with my brother, he lives in Indy.

Very cool! This will be your first one, right?

Yes it's my first one.

Just to get to North Carolina's zMAX Dragway is 1,600 miles & from Summit Motorsports Park, Norwalk, too home is 1,100 miles.:burnout:
Long drive but I'm looking foreword to it.:2thumbs:

For what it's worth, if you're a roller coaster person, Norwalk is a stone's throw from Cedar Point...America's Roller Coast!

As an FYI (and since it came up in private messages), when booking hotel rooms, you need to check in the city the day OF the venue. I.E. June 9th, check in at Martinsville, check out June 10th and head to Bristol. Check into Bristol June 10th, check out the morning of the 11th. So on and so forth. Let me know if you need any advice.

I have all my rooms booked, If I can get engine back into the 04 I want to drive it. Otherwise not sure what car yet.
