2022 Louisville Marauders Meet

It has been a month since the Saturday plans were posted. Any progress on Thursday and Friday events? Trying to decide how many days/nights I need hotel reservations for based on event schedule.
 
Itinerary is updated...sorry for the delay, too many irons in the fire...if on the fence don't hesitate to book, you can always cancel...hope to see everyone soon!!!

Pool Party @4:00-???
Will not post the address with it being an individual but will give it to all the want to come
We will provide the burgers n dogs and we ask everybody to bring something to enhance the meal
Bring your trunks, towels and drinks.NO GLASS by the the pool please!!! Not a suggestion!!!!! PLENTY of safe parking. We can set up a V-ball net along with some other activities as well.
But...only if weather permits and the pool is still open. We'll have a plan B in case of either.

Thursday:
Churchill Downs Tour
Will there be a group time on Thursday for Marauders? These are always best when we have a group for photos and to irrate the tour guides as a group.
Suggesting a time like 1:30 for the our group and those who cannot make that time can still do it that day. Would 1:30 be a good meeting time for most?

Friday:

In the past we normally arrive as a group (obviously a head count and booked in advance) and depending on size they have staff at the ready to break us up into 2-3 smaller more manageable groups.

This goes for all tours.

As of 8/21/22 there are only two tour times left available: 11:15 for one person and 12:15 for one person. No times remain for groups as of 8/21/22.
Since there are no times left together for the wife and I and most other distallary tours in the area are also booked full on Saturday will be departing Saturday morning and continuing our vacation time elsewhere.
 
Check out Buffalo Trace. We used to take our tours on Friday, that's probably the reason why.

Hi all!!! Been a while! I wish I could have made this but can't get off work. Will be looking forward to next year though! Not sure the car will come but me and my old man probably will.
