351W stroker or Gen 3 Coyote?

Nice '83 GT!!

Thanks!! I love it!

Did it come with that 'GT' logo back by the hatch?
I've never seen that before.

Yeah! It was added as a dealer installed option...along with the louvers in the rear window.

Aren't those 390mm TRX tires 'fun' to find and pay $$$ for?

Lord have mercy! I am in need of a set right now (My car tires date code is (09/83) Ha! Ha! BUT the originals still hold air and ride well! (They truly made them different back then...but it rides on alternate wheels when driving over 20 mph)

My brother had an '84 GT350 with the TRX rims.
Apparently Coker bought the rights to mold the Metric TRX tires.
When he HAD to buy a new set of TRX tires for his GT350 it cost him $400 EACH!

If I had a Foxbody with those TRX rims, and really wanted to keep it original looking,
I'd buy a set of reproduction 16" TRX rims from LMR and never have to worry about those stupid Metric TRX rims again.
LOTS of P225 & P245-16 tire choices.

Hey Joe, if you ever bring it down to Ocean City, let me know, the new retirement homestead is 30 miles south of O/C in Virginia. Also got a new ride to go with the house.

We are driving over to Delaware tomorrow to look at houses in the Ocean View/Bethany Beach/Selbyville area.
We're tired of Maryland's traffic, troubles & TAXES.
Hardly ever go into downtown Baltimore anymore.....too sketchy at night.
Time for a change!

Hey!
Nice T-bird!!
How do you like it?
Marianne likes those T-birds, and we talked about buying one.
Of course she likes the rare (only 700 made) Coral and white '007 edition'.

Hope you find something nice!
The Tbird is pretty cool. It's got 50k on it and I already had to put a fuel pump in it. Has a nice power to weight ratio and handles well.
Reminds me of the TR 6 I got to drive when I was a new driver, only a little bigger and less finicky.
I'll send you my cell number or email if you want to get into the nitty gritty I've been learning.
