Ambient temp sensor

Is this the plug for the ambient temp sensor? (Please excuse the splice job) it's between the condenser and bumper.

There's also these two wires with no plug on it. I clipped the connector and spliced it to those but I still got a code 041 on the eatc self test.

OK, sorted out the wiring issue. I have the plug on the correct harness and plugged into a brand new ambient temp sensor. However my eatc still reads -40°. I pulled the eatc unit out and discover wires missing out of the harness. Does anybody have a picture or diagram of the pin locations for the two ambient temp sensor wires going into the eatc?
