Hey what's up guys, wanted to stop in and introduce myself as a new member to the site. I love project cars and this one has been a blast so far. I bought it with 24k miles on it back in June with a hurt engine and the Vortech kit. It also has the 4.10 gears and the J-mod.
Since then, I had it stuffed with a Teksid block, and forged Manley internals with a Cobra crank and ported Cobra 8-thread heads. I also put some 265/40/18 Michelin Pilot Super Sports on all 4 corners. I'm putting some miles on with the stock pulley setup on the Vortech at the moment.
Next up is the following:
*Smaller pulley
*Boost-A-Pump
*New Tune
*Eibachs
*Lower rear
*Darker tint
*Full stereo
*New pads/fluid
*Exhaust
Glad to join the community, this car is old-school-cool! It also has ghost flames from the previous owner, they are done very well... but they just aren't my style, I'll probably have them painted over. :cool4:
