Blowing fuses to boost-a-pump

Well I am trying to figure out why my 20 amp fuse to my Boost-a-pump blows on ocassion. It seems like it only does it on hot days. I am not driving it hard I am usually just cruising down the hiway. Yesterday I noticed on my scan guage that my pump was running at 98.7 and steady. Usually it is bouncing around at 80. My question is should I replace my Boost-a-pump or my fuel pump or both? Also when the fuse blows the fuse holder and pwer line is so hot I can barely touch it. And when I pulled the plastic fuse out the plastic came off the metal pieces. I just replaced the line and fuse holder recently because it got so hot it melted the holder so bad the fuse would not make good connection. I went through 5 fuses that day trying to get home, about 25 miles. I had to sit on the side of the road and wait for it to cool off enough to replace the fuse.

replace the pump. when the fuse pops, its the pump drawing to much amperage. nothing wrong with the BAP.
