I need to replace the front & rear brake pads. They are starting to show wear at 92,000 miles. I want the original oem pads. I don't think just asking for ford motorcraft pads would be the same, not sure. Does anyone have the parts numbers ?

Get them from your local Ford or Lincoln Mercury dealer.
 
I just replaced my fronts with Hawk HPS on my KVR cross drilled rotors. I sanded the rotors and burnished them as per their instructions and the stop the car on a dime.

Ford might be a problem not sure

I went on line to the Motorcraft web site and looked up the pad's on there for part numbers and it stated Semi Metalic pad's only in part's and numbers for some reason or another.

I have intentions of going to the dealer and seeing what they listed for pad's but not at that point yet of needing them.

I used these pads on a Crown Vic (same brakes) along with annealed rotors. The stopping power is fantastic!

However, light braking would often produce a moderate squeal I could never get rid of despite applying the usual tricks. They also dust heavily.

I read on TireRack that the Hawk HPS are very close in stopping performance, without the squeal and dust. I just installed these along with new rotors.

I'll report back in a couple weeks once they're polished up.
