You can get that from a Ford (or Lincocln / Mercury) dealer from the computer system they use called OASIS -keeps track of all cars by VIN for service and warranty. I asked when mine was in for service and they gave me a printout -no problem.

Or...send a Private Message to RoyLPita on this site with your entire VIN and he will run it for you.

Mine wasn't the same. A few of the VINs posted have later Build Dates than yours, with lower VINs.

Sorry, the first dates I posted are wrong. These are the numbers I got from Brian:

VIN: 615253
Built: 6/18/02
Bought: 6/07/03

Do these numbers fit better with yours? :)

638108 with a build date of "12/03". Purchased 5/22/04.

Well, I'm just one of those guys who enjoys a RWD, full-size, four-door sedan with 'timeless' character and attitude. My favorite hobby: Taking the wife and kids to dinner while making the 'ricers' sweat at every stop light. It's my definition of "...good, clean family fun."---"Hey Dad, why is he making all his passengers get out, at this light?"
