c-6 transmission fluid specs

I have tried to find out what type of fluid the c-6 takes and I am having trouble. O'reilly's didn't know what to use so I am asking you guys. Thanks for the help.

Up to 76 is type F. I personally use type F in all C4's and C6's. I even used to put in GM and Chrysler 3 spd autos.
