Car Show - Rain Date May 20 - Old Bridge, NJ

Hello Marauderers,
I just wanted to throw this out there for any NJ or adventurous NY/PA folks....

A school in my town is having a fundraiser car show on Saturday, May 13th. It will be held on Rt 9 South in Old Bridge, NJ, about 2 miles south of exit 123 off Garden State Parkway. Please see attached flyer.
I will be there in my '70 442 (I know, I'm sorry!), which is NOT a show car but I'd like to show support for their great cause.
If you're interested, please PM me your email address and I'll send you a scanned copy of the registration form.

I see this once-active gang hasn't posted any gatherings in awhile. This could be a good opportunity to catch up. I hope to see some Marauders there!

Whenever I hear of Route 9 (especially referred to as "Highway 9"), I think of "Born to Run".

I will try to attend if I can. Where is this on route 9 ? Is this where the ''lowes'' is on route 9 and now is closed. Will try to see you there. tom

Hey Tom! It's great to hear from you! I hope you and your family are well. I haven't seen that ultra-clean Silver of yours in a while.

Yes, the show will be held in that now-closed Lowes parking lot on Rt9 South, just north of Perrine Rd, across from the Outback Steakhouse. It's probably about 10mins north of your house. If you could make it down, that would be great. It was a small show last year (maybe about 25-30 cars), but they're hoping to build on that this year.

Thanks for checking in guys. It's extremely unlikely the show will go on tomorrow (although it hasn't been formally cancelled as of this writing).
Rain date is next Saturday, 5/20. Be there or be square!
 
In the interest of formality....this show has been cancelled for 5/13. It has been moved to its raindate of Sat, 5/20.
