This is updated info on block of hotel rooms reserved at Best Western Premiere the Central Hotel and Conference Center in Harrisburg. Rooms are available on Thursday, July 30, Friday, July31 and Saturday, August 1.

****PLEASE NOTE: If you made a prior reservation for the original June dates, your reservation has been automatically transferred to the new dates in July/August.

The Parking lot fun at the Best Western Premiere was the best. The 2 free meals was a good time to gather with the group in the morning. Unfortunately I now live in Pennsylvania and will not need a hotel but I may stop by to enjoy the nightly gatherings.

I just finished registering Louis and Debbie, and Joann and myself (Steve) at the hotel and showfield. Lord willing and the creek don't rise much farther we will be there!

I see Carlisle has combined two events the week before the Ford Nationals. Let’s hope for the best to go on as scheduled... but I am prepared for the worst. If the event is postponed or cancelled, my best hope is that all of our members stay well for another event!
 
Hey Jim, at this point we will hope for the best (Carlisle All Fords goes on as planned) but plan for the worst ( it's canceled or postponed) but like you, we definitely want everybody to stay safe and healthy above all so we can all get together again.
 
I usually order tables and a larger tent if I can get it. Do we have. Headcount of those registering and is it worth the $$ to get a larger tent?

As for our hotel block at the Best Western:
If you already have your room reserved for June please stand by.
DON'T do anything right now! Your current reservation will be moved to the new date/s in July and that gives you plenty of time to decide if you are going to attend or not.

If you haven't reserved a room yet ​
