Carlisle Picnic Saturday June 7th

Travelling from a distance, I probably shouldn't bring potato salad.... ;)

Howzabout I find some local brewskies, such as Cape Cod Bee-ah!

I'll grab some local wine as well....

I'm SO EXCITED!!! Can't wait!!! With all this food and drink, I'm going to be hard-pressed to be hungry for dinner!!!

Bring the bird

Diane and I are coming and will bring some food like substance for our fellow carnivores. I don't think I saw chicken on the list. We'll pick some up and some other side dish.

We have to leave late Saturday afternoon for a Leukemia charity event my daughter is sponsoring in Baltimore we are looking forward to Friday and most of Saturday at Marauder Hill.

Paul and I will make our usual run to Walmart on Friday night to grab some drinks, something sweet (perhaps brownies) and, depending on whether ot not there's a fridge in the hotel room, perhaps some hotdogs and buns.

See y'all in a couple weeks.

:woohoo:

Can't wait!

I ordered eight tables and they'll be delivered to the tent on Friday. Should that be in enough time?

Should not be a problem. We have had tables delivered early Friday afternoon before. Biggest need for tables is on Saturday to cook, sort and stack the food and drink items. Trophies, raffle items and T-Shirts also needed tables.

Wow eight (8) tables !!! I thought that we usual got by with 4-6 tables before. Hope we get a big tent 20 x 40 this year.

Charlie, I was told there were 7 tables last year. If we don't need them all, we can tuck it away. I'd rather have more than less.

We were cramped with what we had last year which was 5 or 6 I believe so like Blue said more is better and will give us a better chance to organize food related vs. non-food related.

Music Box For Carlisle

I have a newer style "boom box" digital tuner & plays cd's, works on 110 volts or D batteries and has real good sound if you want me to bring. Let me know.

Just so I know, want me to bring my boom box. I will put in fresh batteries if so.

Thanks
