COT from 2003/2004 won't fit a 2002. Because there wasn't a 2002. I have a flawlessly maintained 57K mile 2004 that's getting an Eaton swap and my COT will be coming off. If there's genuine interest I'd consider selling it. It's a never abused, Florida car with ZERO corrosion. Teardown will likely begin in March or so.
