Zack, I'm interested in this mod for my stock 04, please confirm the price when they're available. Also a link to the instal thread would be appreciated since google let me down.

I don't have an install thread.

I'll just list steps:
Remove Wiper Cowl
Remove upper and lower manifold.
Drain Coolant
Remove expansion plugs with a punch
Clean bores well, removing factory sealant too.

Fitting with T goes on the drivers side, the right angle fitting on the passenger.
Test fit the positioning of the fittings and decide how your connecting hose will be routed.
Lightly coat the outside of the new fittings with silicone.
To install: find a large punch, and drive the fitting in uniformly until it is flush with the cylinder head. You will need to move the punch around the fitting to get it to seat evenly.

Tee into the heater core hose closest to the passenger side. It helps to find a right angle heater hose to attach to the drivers side fitting. Just go in the hose aisle at the parts store to find one.

That about sums it up.

Every picture I've seen of these the T fitting was on the drivers side. Why is this? It seems to me it would make a neater install the other way around. Does it promote better circulation with the T on the drivers side?

Nobody should be worrying about installing these. If you literally can swing a hammer, you can do it.
10 times easier than installing some of fancy stuff like I have, works about the same.

EGR is in the way.

6 kits will be ready to ship Monday

I'm accepting orders via paypal @ zackmcgrath at hotmail.com

If you have an eaton swap, and will be eliminating the hose from the COT to the heater core, you need 2 fittings @ $60

If you are anything else, it is $65 for 3 fittings.

One person has paid for a kit.
I have plenty of stock to make many many kits
Feel free to PayPal me and I'll get your kit sent out
