OMG....I would keep it if I were you. I just purchased a SUPER clean black CV sport as I am considering selling my Silver birch 04. Both have rare moon roofs. Sport had one owner until last year, 91k miles but it drives and looks EXCELLENT.
I can tell you that the 302 HP/32v thing DOES make a hell of a difference, but I love the sport, too.
