If no one here has it available, you can check eBay or some of your local yards.
It is the same exact part from the 2003-2005 Crown Victoria LX. (not the Grand Marquis which has the chrome inserts).

1998+ Crown Victoria - P73 (base) and P74 (LX).

The part is still available from FoMoCo though is PTM (Paint To Match).
