31 spline upgrade

Hi I am looking to upgrade my 03 marauder looking for a complete package deal shipped to new york 11756.. To be honest not sure what i need I am only dropping the rear and having somebody help me do the install.. I have the dreaded 28 spline axle eater in it now and oil all over the tire .. I am being told I should upgrade and correct problem for good..
