I didn't know The Eisenhower's fighters had black tails, I thought that was only on the Nimitz.

CVN-69 = USS Dwight D. Eisenhower

Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA-103) "Jolly Rogers" based out of NAS Oceana, Virginia Beach, VA when not deployed aboard. F/A-18F Super Hornet. I've seen 'em many times while at the beach and making their approach to the NAS.
